# Password Recovery (Reset Password)

Use this function if access to your account is lost.

Step-by-step instructions:

1. On the login screen, click the **Reset It** link.

2. In the window, enter the email provided during registration.

3. Click the confirmation button. The system will send an email with instructions to the specified address.
4. Go to your inbox and open the email from IteraPay.
5. Follow the link in the email to create a new password.

Important: The password reset only occurs after clicking the link in the email.
