The Funds section is the main tool for managing a merchant’s assets. It displays the current state of accounts and available actions.

Financial indicators (Top panel)

The panel contains aggregated data for all currencies, converted into the base currency (USD) for convenient capital assessment.
  • Balance: The total value of all merchant funds. It includes both funds available for withdrawal and funds located at invoice addresses.
  • Available For Collection: The amount of funds that have actually been received from clients to temporary invoice addresses but have not yet been consolidated. Action: The presence of an amount in this field indicates the need to perform a Collect operation.
  • “Collect” button: Starts the process of moving funds from invoice addresses to the merchant’s unified wallet (“Available for withdrawal”).
  • Available for withdrawal: Funds that have gone through the collection (consolidation) procedure and are ready to be sent to external details.
  • “Withdraw” button: Opens a form to withdraw funds to an external wallet.

Balance table (Details)

The table provides a detailed breakdown of funds by each network and currency. Important: Values are displayed in two formats: the main line is the equivalent in the merchant’s currency (USD), and the subline is the exact value in the token’s native currency. Column descriptions:
  • Token / Network: Asset identifier (e.g., USDT on TRON, ETH on Ethereum).
  • Total balance: Total amount of funds (Available + In invoices).
  • In invoices: Funds awaiting collection.
  • Expected: Expected receipts for active deals. Note: For multi-currency invoices, the system calculates the expected amount based on the base value of the invoice.
  • For withdrawal: Funds available for immediate withdrawal.
