Withdrawal form
- Select payer account (From): Select a “Token + Network” pair (e.g., USDT on TRON). Ensure there is an available balance on the selected account.
- Select recipient’s address (To): Address: Enter the external wallet address. Paste button: Use to paste from the clipboard. Important: The address must match the selected network. Example: For the TRON network, the address must begin with the letter T.
- Amount: Enter the withdrawal amount or click MAX to withdraw the entire available balance. Restriction: The minimum withdrawal amount must exceed the system limit (usually > 5 currency units).
- Comment: An internal note for the transaction history (not transmitted to the blockchain).
Preliminary calculation
The system displays the financial parameters of the transaction:- Network fee: Network fee (goes to miners/validators).
- Recipient will receive: The actual amount to be received. Formula: Withdrawal amount - Network fee = Total.

Confirming withdrawal
The final verification window before signing the transaction. Actions at this stage are irreversible.Verification parameters
Address block:- From: Check the sending network and token.
- To: Verify the recipient’s address. It is recommended to check the first and last 4 characters of the address.
- Rate: Current conversion rate (if applicable).
- Amount: The amount debited from the balance.
- Network fee: Network fee.
- The exact amount that will be credited to the recipient’s wallet.
Actions
- Confirm: Confirm sending the funds. It is impossible to cancel the operation after clicking.
- Cancel: Return to editing data.
